i'm not an expert but the answer is probably no, the canvas may be too thick to go in a normal PC printer or just not sutiable. But then again there only one way to find out...

You need a special type of pc printer to print on canvas. But there are places that will print photos on canvas like www.fromphotostocanvasprints.com.

I wouldn't advise it but some of the places that due print on canvas will stretch them for you.
