These are very nice. I really like the line quality and sense of volume in the studies. With work like this, they've got to love you downtown (I'm down in Newnan, where there is no art community).

this is a very nice start.
one thing i see is that the sense of volume in your more graphic style drawings is a little lacking.

You got some great stuff here. I would suggest throwing your characters into different angles, i.e. from the top, low angles and the like. But it's not like I should be talking. Sweet start!

The first image here is the strongest by far. Keep up the good work :)

Some of these are old and others new. I also posted some of my figure drawings. I love drawing figures... I know I need to branch out a bit more though. I like doing character design but I want to become more conceptual.
Sorry if I make no sence. I am open to critique and advice. ^_^

I enjoy your drawings!
The last profile portrait is great!
You improved your outline.
Looking at the first images i would say that it is too solid and
there is no variety of thickness, which would give the character more "life".
Of course some of your drawings are more cartoon-like - so realism is not
the thing to go for.
Wanna see more!

Heya,
I love the character drawings, especially the very first one. They have a certain...appeal to them. Plus, it's nice to see characters that aren't incredibly bony ;) They nicely convey volume even with such clean, conservative lines which is great.
Keep it up, I'd love to see more :)

The first one is just lovely and I really like the cross-hatched one, as well. The creatures probably do a little less for me, as they really don't have that catch that brings the eye in, like your other work. Obviously you need to leave the comfort zone to expand it, though. Very nice.
