I could be wrong, but isn't the heart supposed to be a little closer to the center of your chest, than that? ... unless some girl yanked it all the way over there, when she tried to rip it out through your ribcage, beat you over the head with it and eat it in front of you. :) Yeah, girls suck when they try that. This is awesome, by the way.

Great work, really strong emotions are kinda shooting out at you, and all the pain you have ever felt comes crashing down onto u. Really amazing stuff, May I ask what provoked you to paint it on computer?

i think the heart is in the middle of your body, it just feels like its on your left side because thats the direction your blood is being pumped, could be wrong though

octave, you are right the heart is closer to the middle but still resides on the left side, bones are opaque, the sternum and the ribcage block any type of glow that would resonate from the center of the chest.
icon- I like your interipretation but this is a positive self portrait, I wasent thinking about my past pain while painting this, I paint with the computer because its facter , i have more contros and all all my oil painting are ruined because I dont clean them.
davi, i think your right, I made it from memory so its probably a little exagerated\keener- I was just waiting for someone to say that, funny-
