Love the way the cape complements the hair. And of course the nipple tassles are great. The blue tattoos bug me, they just seem like clutter making it all too busy.

im with corky on the coloring... It gives a sense of incompletion... Maybe if you added some line work to the final image it would give it some more pop... But, right now it looks a bit bland.. Sorry, if that hurt.. hopefully, you go back to this one and work on it a bit more,,.
