Done in Illustrator 9 and 10 (yes, it's a vector drawing), and took WAY too long.

Thats really nice for a vector drawing, far better than anything than I can do, but, see what the teeth and eyes would look like without gradients. It looks sort-of off (in my opinion) when compared to the slightly posterized look of the rest of the fish.
