Pretty humorous image you've got here. I like the rendering you've got on the statue and the girls. While I like the less detailed background, it still seems a bit unfinished to me. Seeing the individual big brush strokes is giving it that look. Also, nice colors you've used there. Hope to see more from you. :)

Yes, very nice style, but I think you should try painting just backgrounds, that way your pieces will look better all around!

Yah, really nice, Joel. I very much like the 1st image. Not the women; the statue. Something about the girl's detract from the killer majesty of the statue. Especially the rigid hair of the girl in the foreground.

The painting in this one is just really nice. You seem to be coming away from it in areas... especially in the 2nd one.
