Since "Finding Nemo" expectations from an animated film (and on some levels film itself) has been raised to a ridiculously high level...

But go see Robots, it's fun -- and has many cool concepts hidden all about, that you can miss in the blink of an eye.

BlueSky Studios wack-ball humor is great --- But they let Roban Williams take the spotlight a bit too much ... We just didn't need to see so much of Roban Williams being "funny, but not that funny"

The pacing is insanely quick, so if you're having an ADD night you shouldn't miss anything - but it's all over before you realize.

Robots was fun. Had some really nice visuals and a cool style. I especially liked the robot transit system thing which was like a pinball machine. It was short though and it really went quick but wasn't overdone with the mainstream innuendo which shrek 2 seemed to overdo. What was a little annoying was the blatent pop music placement but the movie was still cool. Worth my 6 bucks and I would recommend it.

I'll probably see it next weekend. All I care about is that it has Mel Brooks' name attached to it.

All I care about is that it has this guy's (http://www.simplestroke.com/index2.html) name attached to it.

about robin williams....he definitely was all over the place, but thats how he really is. In the words of Billy Crystal, "Controlling him is like trying to put fog in a briefcase, you can't do it." But it was a pretty funny movie, and was chock full of pun, inuendo, and pop references....definitely worth it.
