5 days- 34 cans of coke, 9 cans of red bull, 6 cans of amp, 22 microwave burrito, 2 red-eyes, 1 odwalla bar, & half a pack of smokes later... i realized it was an awfully bad idea to try to finish 6 paintings that i originally had 6 weeks to do. i guess i'm a procrastinater, but the work got done.
here's a couple of them for now. oh yeah, the content was mostly dictated to me. it originated from passages selected from mid century sci-fi books.

Nice work seb. I like the colors in the second one, and the overhang with lights on the train. The first pic is very eerie, the ominous clouds do it. But, I don't know what that floating island/building thing is. Maybe I'm not supposed to ;p Good stuff, I'm glad you posted these here.

awesome work man. the brush strokes are amazing.
On the first piece i think you need to darken the tower alittle more, unless the tower itself is giving off an odd light source.

I really like the second one, both the color and the content. I hope you art will one day pay for your medical bills (which from the sound of it, will be many). :barf:
Please post the rest! :)

Mhh, sounds healthy.
I would smoked a lot more. Here in Sweden we have something called "snus",and that is a sort of tobacco you put under your lip. Very good. You get nicotine the whole time and don't need to take cigarette-breaks. Nice that our healthcare is taken care of with taxpayers money :). And, oh , BTW I ofcourse pay tax as well :) .
Nice work, but where are the other ones?

The colours and strokes of the second one looks marvelous.
For the first one, perhaps a little more contrast at certain places to balance and let the composition flow more smoothly.

colors! really colorful stuff, don't remember last time seeing you do anything like this. you should post more anyways
btw, the design of the train on the second one makes an illusion of weird perspective on the front part (ignore this, i'm just nitpickin)
