i changed the design a little. gave him a crotch cloth thingie, like a cape on his crotch. made his ears a lot longer, and buffed up his anatomy.

interesting take it reminds me of bisleys batman from his judge dredd/ batman cross over from the 90s, ( the one with judge death ) the over the top elements in this work are very much in line with that mindset.

very confident lines...nice job on his tool belt. My monitor is weird but his head looks a bit small and his hands and forarms seem really big.

I've always prefered more rugged renditions of Batman (Frank Miller's being at the top of the list...obvious, I know...) so I've gotta give this drawing my official seal of approval. Alright, so no such seal exists...so what.

Teensy crit: The crazy proportions work because they seem like part of a consistant style, but the arms are two totallyl different lengths. The one on the left looks funky, and although I love the hand, you need to fiddle around with the general gesture and foreshortening on the rest of the arm, especially the forearm.

Anyways, it's looking good. I looked in your profile..you were born in '90? Holy crap. All I can say is you are rocking the hell out of your drawings for your age. At any rate, how about making a copy and thowing some inks and color on there...seems to me the drawing is just begging for it.

forarms are a bit funky to me.

i like how they are overly big, but the positioning of it is a bit awkward.

the position of his right arm (considering there are 3 big spikes on it) would have meant the death of the dark knight!

Ian the spikes would penetrate his coat i think.
anyways the arms were exagurated, because i usualy never try doing that.
iv enjoyed drawing batman, because of how many exagurations i can do, so im draw more batman pics. its pretty damn fun, plus im happy i generally got pretty good feedback on this pic :teeth:
i just wish i wasnt lazy with the batlogo. and that i could color.
defcombeta can u post some pics of what ur talking about?

Is it me or is he scratching he scratching his nuts??? Pretty kewl looking. Anatomy needs some work. His biceps need to be better defined, cause they blend in with the rest of the chest. The wrist looks a bit unnatural. The one arm is too long, and the pose is a little too fixed. I like the style. Good use of lines too.

I have been a fan of batman ever since watching the cartoon show as a child, and that style of batman has been the mental image for batman ever since... now I have a much more beefed up, sinister image of batman for the rest of my life.
In short, well done! By the way, my first impression was somehow Spawn was forced into Bruce Wayne's body and he decided to put a new spin on how the streets of gotham are protected.
Love it.

I think the front loin cloth would get in the way while crime fighting, and the left hand seems to have wat to much wrist detail for a simple relaxed gesture like that.

Who does not love batman!?

The guy was my hero for a long time. The poor troubled haunted bastard. Oh well...

Riddle me this... how does batman get into his batmobile with ears like that? ;) Killer stuff man. Keep it up!
