new server problems?

i've had a few problems entering the site a few minutes ago.....and even now, the splash page has broken links over the images. is everything ok?

Hi,
I am experiencing problems to. On my computers at home I can't get to the start up page, I always get BANDWITH LIMIT EXCEEDED. Fortunatley I have bookmarked also the General forums in my preferences, and can jump straight in.
Still I miss the start up page...
