this is my friend and coworker nate van dyke's site. i did a show with him a few months back and was so impressed, i made my art director hire him. he's the real deal. i like his work alot. i always tell him he should post here, but he doesn't even own a computer at home. anyway, i hope to get some feedback so that maybe we can coerse him into posting shit. hope ya'll like-c36

he has a kick ass style, man - and few dazling sketches, and cool novel stuff... but.. what about that monkey? :chug:

yah,, he needs to start posting here for surely.
his shading has an undeniable Charest influence. his overall style is very origional.
very inspiring stuff.

I say you scan in his stuff and make him post! it needs to be seen. I love his linework and his approach to shading. SO unique! :)

i would say he needs to work on faces more.
That detail is amazing and makes me ashamed.

That guy is so good! *cries* I can see the Charest and Bizley and/or Fabry influence in his stuff... with a splash of his own fresh approach. Lo, I am inspired.

Very tight work, from Mucha to Modern look and style. I just picked up that HM earlier in the day and that graphic is really slick. I am working on my own HM offering and was about to post a few shots. I really like that N8's work.

Then, upon closer examination, I realize that the artist in the graphic I read through and N8's work are, in fact, two seperate works. N8's stuff is still pretty awesome.

I know the outside lines are ink but is the inside detail? or is it pencil? Simply Awesome!!!
