oh well obviously its awesome.. I must admit that Im not a great fan of the design and set up with the typo and such... Im not quite sure what it is really.. but theres something about it ;P

Lol.. that fucking rocks. I love that drawing in there.. you combined the theme perfectly, from the burning fire, to the strained fighting muscles, to the erotic parts.. you could pretty much sum each one up in just those three arm motions. I'm jealous. This composition is great.

Generally I'm not a fan of this style. Just being honest. However, something you've done here simply works. The entire scene is exactly as it should be, conveying the message clearly. In short, this rocks.

I thought chris cunningham too...I like it. It's alot of fun to look at it - and definetly has that "Android" feel that we all love...what it is, we'll never know - but it's usually sick and awesome.
If I was out west, and socially apt I would attend.

Sinix- im glad you like the design, i dont often venture into the graphic design arena, but guys like Insane visions, Hpx, and Marko have been inspiring me, and helping me look at text with a new eyes.

Odds- there is definately a party, its really a performance art show, we have two firedancing that will be spinning fire inside my studio, lots of art and photography that explore the ideas of sex/fear ,basicly an erotic art show with a twist. if all goes well i will have a couple nude models posed hanging from the celing covered with blood and do a live digital projected painting of them, but one of them just canceled ;( we will see, there will also be freet drinks and a DJ.

klinesmoker- i appreciate that, i went through several font layouts until i found one i didnt hate.

It should be fun, its the kind of party that we encourage inviting ex girlfriends, and boyfriends, and if your dating multiple people invite them too. were counting on the audiance for the fight aspect.

Dynamo- well my friend kelly came up with the theme for the show, you cant go wrong with using the words fire fight sex, its up to the artists to interpit what those words mean to them, the piece i did was inspired by the frustration passion and violence that sex can create, i drew it out of my head i wanted to show the motion and action so i imagianed them in the fourth dimension.

jacobsteel-- thank you . i actually used Painter 9 for everything including text , thier font system is really easy to use, and i find it almost more flexible than photoshop, i used some custom papers to add more personality and envoke the feelings of the words.

im trying to keep it a small party but if your a ca member your in, dont worry about the rsvp, thats just to discourage the bridge and tunnel crowd,

Lovely work, as always sir. I'm not a graphic designer either, but I do have a few minor crits for you. Take it or leave it. :dur: I really like your font choice for the most part. The word "fire" at the top, though, kinda doesn't seem to fit so well. I think that's because of its placement in relation to the other words. Fire and sex flow very nicely together; they create a nice eyeflow with their locations to eachother. Fire, though, looks like it's just sitting there. It's kerning, I think, needs to be pushed more, to pull the letter farther apart from eachother. And I believe that it needs to be lined up with the word fire, so that it pulls your eyes better to the other words. These are just my thoughts, though. All around, I love the work. Always have.
