Painter 8

Has anyone heard any more of Painter 8 since Corel did a cattle call for Beta testers? Did anyone bite and try it out?
Can't find anything on Corel's site and I'm chomping at the bit for some early reviews!

Hi,

Painter 8 is still in Beta testing. Since the Beta testers have to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement, and can't discuss anything that goes on during Beta testing you shouldn't be hearing about it for a while.

I heard that wacom might by painter from corel.. anyone else heard that rumor?
