I like the style, it reminds me of someone, can't place a name on it though for some reason. Proportions and junk seems fine to me, the one thing that stands out though is her boobies. I don't care HOW tight your shirt is... unless it's painted on, you want see THAT much form of the boobs. The shirt would stretch across a bit.

hmmm....yeah, I agree w/ interceptor...I'm the first to appreciate a nice rack...but they look so circular they almost seem independant of her body...but her hands arms and neck are very sexy......

ok, since we're on the boobs topic: in my opinion they protude too much outside of her torso horizontally. also i would redraw the hands if i were you...a little too manly.

however i love her hair and her general form. work on defining the forms of the eyes more...remember they are basically spheres set inside the skull
