Robo Jellyfish Love

hey adevejian, i love the coloring job on the jellyfish but the fat person doesn't seem that it would fit because of the pixelated edge of the person...i would learn alot more of the anatomy on over weighted people...also paint with a grey back ground so the white back ground won't be so much of a eye sore.

hey thanks for the crit! i agree I need to do more anatomy, I have never really studied it before (i did this through memory) and yah I kind of agree with the background being too bright but.. it isn't white its more of a super light cyan color. thanks again :party:

why yes, yes i like the band zao, i think there old stuff is so awesome compared to there new stuff...i still like them though, they are really ahead of there time now.

The top is like this really cool stylized piece of work, and the bottom just doesn't fit with it, at least in terms of the rendering. my two cents.

zao75231 - yah their earlier stuff is great... especially the art of the first couple album covers! so great

Bonedog - i think maybe the reason for that is the fact that it was a page in my sketchbook that just had a bunch of random stuff in it (hence the weird green head by the big guys belly) thus no intentional composition / subject matter choices were made. also whats strange is that some people love the top part and some people only like the big guy :muscle: .
