more bart studies. bonedog: i use a pilot hi-tec c for hatching.yes, the people always move, but thats kinda the point. the best way to catch people in their natural poses is if the dont know they're being drawn.it also makes you fast- i sit there frantically scribbling down as much as i can before my sitter moves. people always look at me like im a lunatic, but i dont care. sometimes its embarrasing if its a shitty page, but fuck it, im not out to impress anybody. i do it for myself. and that's just a sacrifice ya gotta make...

heh, this one looks like alot of my sketch pages. Mine lack all the color though. I love the hellhounds at the top-right
:evilbat:
Are most of the pages you've shown so far older? Can we se some recent ones?

Nice!! keep posting
IM guessing that you add colour once your at home?? And not on the public transport.
BTW Seems like you apply the Marker Ink with a normal flat head paint brush, am i correct? Is it really messy to apply inks like that? And wouldnt the ink bleed or soak through the next page? Unless of course you're using really think paper =\. Oh and do you spend alot of money on marker ink bottles. I can image alot of ink being used just for one sketch page.
Anyways keep it up

grooveholmes: some are old, some are new this one is a few months old...i mix em up. nothing is over 1-2 years old. the first page in the forum i did about 2 weeks ago.
plouffe:i use a water color brush and rubbing alcohol. i put a few peices of scratch paper underneath to stop bleed onto the next page...the inks are kind of expensive, but they last a LONG time, and using rubbing alcohol kind of conserves it.

Gaw-damn el coro, well put (whats said about this sketch page) About doin it for yourself n' all - true. On a different note, i always have this uncontrollable impulse to draw weird looking people that i see. Its like i have to draw them so i can stare at them on paper so they dont know im looking at them. Now thats crazy.
Great work as usuall!

wow i really like this one, how do you get so much inforamtion and detail in ucha short time? Do you actually draw the whole thing with them there or do you just take mental notes and fill it in?
