Hello there.
I don't know if this has happened to anyone else but I dl the offical trial through the website and when I open the program (even after restarting) the whole menu is all fuzzy. Does this have anything to do with my video card? Every other program of mine works perfectly fine and is viewable. Below is a scan of what I'm talking about.

Hi Janine,

The fix is easy. Just change your screen colors to 24 bit or higher.

Janine,

Unfortunately, tech support is often lacking in knowledge.

Your best bet is to first check with other Painter users.

sandman's great for anything related to brushes and Mac issues. I refer to him as our master Painter brush person. If you haven't checked sandman's site for brushes, do yourself a favor. He has loads of great brushes to download.

I'll be happy to help out with PC issues and overall Painter questions as I teach Painter and have been using it since around 1995.

Glad you're all fixed up now and able to have fun with Painter 7.
