I like it, except the lips. It seems like there are too many holes around them.

did you model all those holes, or is it just a texture?

I'd also like to know how you did that.

It looks like you deleted every second polygon and NURBized it afterwards.

Self-portrait huh? :D
pretty nice muscles then ;)
