Sonja-Nine - Damn. You have inspired me to try to get something up today, even though time will most likely not allow. Great job. I think if you added a cool peak of light from behind the planet and have it come forward it would really seal the sketch.

Flip - It's hard to see what is going on. I think you need to add more highlights to the creature to bring the form out.

Ok, I spent a little more time on this, and decided to test out what Painter IX can do. I went through all the brushes and I think I improved this piece a lot.

What was resoned to be a meteor shower raining as sudden hail and causing massive damage to satellites before burning in the atmosphere, some samples of these "meteorites" were extracted from damaged equipment and discovered to be some type of worm, frozen in brackish but seemingly harmless mineral. A very solid proof of extra-terrestrial life, these "space worms" are currently under extensive research

Not super-pleased, but not bad. I'm still getting used to the Wacom, and digital painting in general. about 2hrs in Photoshop. c&c welcome.

Another one, I like how the space worked out in this. Initially I was going to make it similar to a black hole, having a sinuous black streak through space with that tell-tale bending of light around it.
