great use of color and shade. i would just say to work on the anatomical structure. it just looks like his head pokes out from an unreadible structure. nice coloring otherwise :)

edit: forgot to mention that the shadow shouldnt be showing that way if the spotlight of the batman sign is in the sky. perhaps a bit more definition of the background, it seems a bit ambiguous.

hey. i like the mask. it has a nice rubbery look to it. however, the shadow, spotlight, and highlights on the mask/cape are contradictory! the mask is lit from above, the shadow comes from a straight-on light and the spotlight from beneath!

not sure if the anatomy is really off, or purposely distorted. is this batman's 10-year old nephew in his costume? maybe drawing the rest of the body this ambiguity will be clarified.
