oops- looks like bryan beat me to it, i didn't notice his post when i scanned down to check for another sin city thread. oh well.
Yes, that's correct, Robert Rodriguez (with Frank Miller) is directing/ has directed a film version of Sin City, a genuine classic graphic novel series, which I'm sure many of you know.
Rodriguez has taken the approach of staying as faithful to the original comic series as possible and judging by the trailer, he's done a bloody excellent job of it. He wanted to stay so close to the original books that he got Frank Miller (writer and artist of Sin City) to write the screenplay and also gave him a co-directing credit.
From all reports it sounds like it could be good- it certainly looks good to me.
So far there doesn't seem to be an official site specifically for the movie.
