id like to see some more color variation in it... also try to bring the figures out of the bg more.

the composition on those wings is bad. it looked like the one on the right was attached to the other guys head. I couldnt figure out why these guys had weird pony tails. either recompose the image, or redo those wings bigger so they pass behind and out the other side of the standing figure....

nice design.

I like the feeling of motion in the second image. I have to agree with the comment about the wing in the first.
