Manga Staff Needed!

Hello, me and a few others are writing anime manga scripts and we are looking for a staff of artists to help us acually draw the manga. You have to be good at drawing anime, and able to devote lots of your time to it. If we acually are real sucessfull it might acually turn into a paying job, but i cant say that it will. Will there be contract signings, or notarized agreements, specifically stating that should any money be derived from the work an artist did on your story, that they'll receive a specified amount or % in compensation, even if it takes a few years to manifest into a paying job?
