My first post!

I love this site! I've been lurking around here for a while now, and I finally got up the nerve to post something. I'm a professional artist working in Calgary, Canada, and I'm looking to improve my skills in order to break into illustration and comics.This is my very first post, so I would like as much feedback/critique as I can get. I really like this piece. It's alot of fun and very well-rendered.
The patterns on the clothing is particularly impressive. Very nice effect.

I almost want to see another character in there, perhaps a small creature running in cartoonish terror, but it is not neccessary.

Please post more!

It's great, and as we can see on your avatar you have something to show us...so what are you waiting for.

My only crit is on the composition. You should enlargen the canvas and make the samurai a little bit smaller....but the drawing itself is cool, also the typicall japanese look on the background and paper is fine!

I'm primarily a cartoonist, that's why I only post certain images here for critique.

They're also really encouraging over there, so I post here for criticism, there for warm fuzzies. Heh.
