This is based originally on a friend of mine. But after hours and hours of tweaking, it bears only little resemblance of her.

I really have nothing much to crit over the actually painting method or whatnot. That's solid enough.

The composition is a bit weak though. First, when using the X shape in a picture, try to keep the focal point at the center, here the two faces are what I'd guess at being the focal point. Since the eye is drawn to the center of the X, here where their arms meet, it feels a little blank. Second, since both girls are looking off the page, I'm conflicting in where my eye should go. You might want to add something that pulls us back into the picture.

I don't usually post critiques because I'm not so great myself, but the first thing I saw was that the head on the right seems to turn more than humanly possible. Also the necks are too long.
