I cut my hair!

I haven't addressed the ear or shirt, but i need feedback on the face, hair, and background! any and all is appreciated.

nice painting there mc!!!


i like the colors and the use of the back, i think you should add some cools though, prefereably in the shadows, maybe cool grey/reds.
