Hello everyone. This is my first art post on CA (second post ever), so I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this. I hope I get more into the mood of this place very soon and hope to get many aquaintances and friends in here.

This is my self-portrait, and "it's finally finished".

Overall, it took me about 17 hours. Drawn with an HB pencil, and used a kneadable eraser here and there on it, mainly to fix the glitches caused by the paper: A3 (or something) Canson Fine Grain Cartridge Paper.

i like it! the shading is so smooth, the only place i can see that it isnt is on your shoulder. the lines are nice, but they seem uncharacteristically sharp compared to the realtive softness of the rest of the shirt. man, you even drew an good ear! this is a really spectacular self portrait, ive found that a lot of people go either too easy on them selves and end up looking like kids, or are such harsh critics they look twenty years older!
