Cool rendering! For some reason it immediately reminded me of the Space Mountain ride in DisneyWorld! I no that sounds stupid, but the outside of the ride is white and just has a look to it that resembles some of your building designs in this piece. Anyways, I do have a question though, did you work from an exisitng city/freeway for this piece or is it from scratch? Just wondering.

can I see the original photo you painted on? if you didnt paint on top of a photo nice, but looks like you did to me...also it seems to lose perspective in the upper regions.

Just beautiful! Although, some yellow sunshine on the buildings would make it ever more beatiful!

Don't take this the wrong way Rowan because I am a big fan of your work. To me its just a big white mess. Someone above said "nice detail"... I have to wonder what they are talking about. I understand that its a city with a lot of roads but what do the white blotches at the top represent. This image doesn't really explain the details to me. I know its concept art but some more definition would help me visualize the finished idea a little better.
That said I do like the direction that the building design is headed. I would really like to see where this ends up.

Wow, this is just stunning ---- amazing conceptual mood-piece.
nice Berkey-like hard edges and white buildings --- great use of phototexture and detail.
LogansRun you say??? : D that makes me happy --- I wouldn't mind seeing more traditional elements in there, with your phototexture: maybe some existing buildings shown clearer here and there (or under the layers) to break up the futurist style and root/link it to modern times.

This is a really beautiful piece. You have somehow achieved to create an image that lacks detail, yet at the same time, has tons of detail. It's hard to explain - but whatever you did, I like it.
