His jaw looks rather two-dimensional, but apart from that its awesome, nice texture as gasm pointed out... perhaps give him a more evil look in the eye?

I like your piece, at least its much more fishy than mine, the only thing that I`m missing is: get this thing wet man, you know some of these extreme highlights on a fishes body when it comes from the water

Only one question:How he will arrange for translate on the surface? ha,ha,ha I imagine he running from his captors holding the woman in the other hand and I think could be very interesting.
