I think it looks pretty good. They seem to be really working up the "ripples in time" to drag the story out and have the changes occur slowly. I'd check it out at least.

I was surprised to see that trailer too. Looks very interesting, although pseudo scientifical as with all time travel stories.

They already made a movie/short based on it. When the hunting party got back from the trip they get 'welcomed' by neo nazis as a twist. Saw it maybe 5-10 years ago.

This one seems to be more about monsters, maybe a bit like 'evolution' with the X files guy.

yea , when i saw the first part of the trailer i was like "omg, i remember reading bits of that story way back.."

good story, but i don't remember the world becoming so altered...o well it's hollywood

They had a simpsons halloween episode based on this story where Homer sneezes on a triceratops or something...comes back, world is raining donuts. I doubt the movie can top that....

Yeah, I saw that one, Cotron...the Toaster was a time machine or something and he kept hitting it and getting these bizarre versions of earth..then he finally finds like, the perfect world, and he sits down for breakfast and:

Homer: "Can I have a donut?"
Marge: "What's a donut?"
Homer: "AAAAAH!!!" Runs, hits the toaster, dissapears
*donuts start raining from the sky*
Marge: "Oh dear, it's raining again."

Fucking classic!
