Thanks to you, Mr. Freeman, who's lecture I thouroughly enjoyed and walked away with some great information. The handout was spectacular as well, and a great takeaway for somebody who lacks any skills at taking decent notes.

I really enjoyed his talk, was a nice suprise!

Totally. I was already a big David Freeman fan, and when I heard he was giving a lecture I got so excited I totally did a backflip (in my mind). Although I'd already read a lot of stuff he talked about in his book, it was really cool hearing him talk about it in person, and getting to meet him. And the visual emotioneering lecture seems like it has some real potential once he works the kinks out. Even for his first time doing it, I picked up a ton of stuff.

Just to add my support for having David Freeman at the workshop. Although I wasn't too sure about some of his approach, and his heavy self-promotion was a little offputting, but I was very glad to hear someone at the workshop at least talking about why we do all this - to communicate with people, to catch the by the lapels and shake them and say "Look at this! This is important!!" And how we can do that more effectively. I thought he was a very welcome addition to the whole smorgasbord that was the workshop.
