hey, iv been lurkin around here and there for a while now, and this is my first post.
well, first off, my scanner isnt workin right today. i dunno. it sorta just squirts blood everywere and starts to mutter some sort of satanic verse or something.
and my digital camera is also acting funky, so i had to shoot my sketch funny, so sorry for the lack of quality.
also, some noters:
yeah, the eyes are gone and the mouth is off too.
i could have corrected it earlier and saved the face, but for some reason i think i got lazy and decided to soldier on or something.
or maybe its because i used a reference for the head and got consumed in the details and forgot to check on my proportions...
anywho, it was avoidable, so that part i messed up on.
and second, the clothing and shadow patterns are my designs.
i'm flyin blind here, so i dont really know if im getting it right or not, so maybe you guys could help me out here.
oh, and BTW, its not Snake from MGS3: Snake Eater, lol (if i wanted to draw him, it would look like him). as i said before, the head was photo reference.
i just decided to give him an eyepatch. cause they're cool.

oh, and i am 18 years of age and a senior in high school. i want to know if this is good enough for my age, 'cause i plan to get into a art school. and you guys are the key!
