ps this isnt really a well planned draw ...i just keep adding stuff as i go :)

It has some feathers/fur? off the top of is head as if he is furry/feathery, except his body looks like its wrapped in plastic. The person who's being attacked needs work on the face, it seems underdeveloped. The buliding on the right side in the background needs fixed too.

I think you should also give him some nipples and get rid of the laser effects.

you really dont like the laser effect? maybe it needs some more tweaking
but i rather live it as it is , its the invasion of the alien garoyles after all ,and the end of humanity .....well i'm still working on the script :)

I think everybody's just a little bit too shiny. My first impression was honestly that they were covered in some kind of goo or grease. Keep in mind that different textures will be colored differently - for instance, I don't think the woman in the first image is wearing clothes completely made of PVC, but she is the same texture as the very shiny monster who is attacking her.

talking about . do you mean that the last picture with the octopus woman is too shiny?

yeah its far from finished and i know there are also some anatomical errors still can't exactly pin point them yet probably its because i'm not using any reference pictures , if you have any other comment or suggestions please do tell :)
