This is a picture I did in about three and a half hours with pen and ink. I was planning on doing a color wash over it with watercolor and so I did some color tests in OC. I would appreciate some critiques , and also tell me which one you like best, or if they are all bad please give me some suggestions. I'm not to bright with color, but I need some more color work for my portfolio class.

Well, they're all pretty cool and it's kind of hard to choose, but you say you need more color work for your portfolio? I'm not sure this is going to be enough for that...
I think I like the one with red in it the most though, and the composition is cool. :)
Edit: The BW with red in it, that is!

thanks for the comments, i appreciate them a lot.
fowley: yeah i realize it's not enough for my portfolio but enough to get a high-school art teacher off my back for now haha. I'm glad you like the BW one with the red because that's the one i chose, mostly to keep the warping to a minimum.

I just dropped the advanced art classes at my high school. Wasn't worth it when I could be devoting my artistic energy to learning anatomy and stuff.

sj: Basically I get to do whatever I feel like doing, with some guidance from my teacher as to what I am missing in my portfolio (maybe she talks to me like once a week?). Truthfully it is a lot like being home and doing art except that there is more materials in my art room.
