Nice! It could use some contrast- a lot of the values are pretty close. Is that what you meant, Davi?

i'm not too sure if i think that the values are too bright. the red is really saturated, especially on her arm, and i think that might be it.
i also think the contrast of the character is fine, it's the contrast of the character and background that need adjust ment. she blends in with the brown too much. throw a different color on that circle and see how that changes the perception of the girl.
experiment with different colors and values on that background so she really pops out.
i would try a dark blue and lighten slightly as it goes towards her head.... maybe even a deep purple. try to keep it darker in value to push it further behind her.
much better than the barbie by the way. i wouldn't have even realized they were done by the same person until you said it. good stuff.

Very nice. But the eyes are too simple and too not defined to me. Maybe fifferent shape than a circle?

I like this girl! Makes me think of that girl in that movie "8 Mile" for some reason.
Regarding the color/value issues -- sometimes a good way to check for problems is to remove all the color saturation from the image ---- looking at it in grayscale.
If you do that to your image, the legs, tail, arms, and hair sort of blend into the background, since they are the same brightness basically - just with different hues.
I like the image though! Sexy little country demon!
