Needed, action figure designer

Hi guys, we are in the early stages of project and we will need several original action figures made for mass-production. These will basicaly be just figures of regular folks, nothing si-fi. If you are interested, feel that you can do the job or know someone or a house that can please let me know.

What specifically does this require? Making the figures myself, or hasking out the concept? It sounds interesting enough, but I need more information please. ;)
