Raphael Master Copy.

If any of you know where I can find a .jpg of the original version of this, by Raphael, I'd appreciate it if you either posted it here, or point me in the right direction, online, where I can get it. Unfortunately, Google yielded no findings on this particular sketch. I drew it around six years ago, as a college assignment in my drawing class. It was hard to make out some of the finer details, from the degraded photocopy I had to go from.

That figure is from "The Burning of the Borgo." I guarentee a quick Yahoo! search will reveal several JPGs. Good luck.

Thanks, Sorel030. I went from a sketch of these particular figures, rather than the finished painting. If anyone knows where I can find the sketch, I'd be grateful to you. If not, the painting will have to do. Thanks again.

I know which drawing you are talking about, as I have a few copies in various books I own. If I had a scanner I'd help you out, but, in the mean time, I found a closeup of that figure in the painting.

I did this as a master copy also! It was for one of my Art Foundations classes, a couple of years ago. Did mine with pastels.

I like the way you approached the shadows, much more dynamic than I remember I did.

I copied mine from the study in one of my books on Raphael, I can scan it for you if you haven't come across the jpeg yet...

I did this about 3 years ago. It was much larger than I remembered so I ended up scanning it in segments.
