It seems every other topic is mine, including this one, which has been sitting around the brain pan for quite some time.
Due to an increase in lethal car accidents involving camels on the roads of southern Israel, the Israeli goverment has passed a law requiring all camels to be registered, and equipped with a solar-powered warning system. Any camels caught without this system will be held for 10 work days, after which, should the camel be unclaimed, it will belong to the goverment.

Hello.....I kinda skrewed up on this one....I did't pay to close attention to Hamsta's post so I ended up doing a version of almost the same thing....exept mine is a vendor who sells chamel head lights to whomever wants or needs them...kinda like headlights on a lawnmower....
