5-6 hrs job with a monster of a head ache. Seemed cleaning my apartment this weekend with PineSol messed me up, man.

A huge part of the picture is the composition....first mistake you can make is a mug shot at the beggining...
Another thing you can do right at the beggining is make the lighting interesting...that will define alot of the shapes of your face....something a ambient light like you have will not...I get that you have a pretty good sence of how to paint and mix just need to start out quicker and free yourself a little

I agree with the mentioned crits but also I really like the background...the colors are a nice compliment.

The picture was about 1"x1.5" and no real sense of lighting. I didn't take the picture and basically he gave me a passport picture. So I had little to work with. Excuses, excuses. I know.
My head yesterday. :bash:
