they' re nice gestures and carry a lot of fluidity, but lack bones and gravity / weight. the figure on the far right and on top make me think that if there was a gust of wind they would fall over. the bottom is my favorite and seems to have weight. you can feel the elbow being scrunched and holding the mass of the body.
really plant the feet on the ground. decide BEFORE you draw where the weight is going and how it's being displaced.
just keep doing them and keep posting them. what year are you at ringling?
look at Android's work. he's the best at gestures. android can draw a figure with one line more accuratley and faster than anyone i know. i remember sitting next to him in FEWS when he'd drive me crazy sharpening his "old master" pencils with a razor blade, but DAMN--when he drew it was like magic.

I'm a junior now... is it too late?
I haven't had many figure classes, most of my experience comes from fews, which is great for quick little drawings, but I think I've neglected doing longer drawings that emphasize anatomy and weight. I think I'm going to concentrate more on longer poses now to get a better sense of these things.
Thanks!
