back again.
i made this submachine drwing entirely in photoshop. trying off a special technique, I made the Sea-Tiger sub by first making a black silhouette and then with "preserve transparency" on in PS i used a brush with 40% opacity. did the same with the background and the I added fish and blue layers to give it that underwater vibe.

the things int he back of the sub pic look a tab bit blurry. If you want them to look blurry b/c of the underwaterness make them more unfocused... Study some underwater landscape thnigs with objects blurred in the backround. Right now yours just look a bit fuzzy. I like your method btw, and I think i'll try it out in the future.
