Three redheads, done in photoshop. Unfortunately, I don't think it's their natural color.
I've been trying to do more faces and emotions lately and these are fun since they only take a few hours to do.

Wonderful work. This thread caught my eye since I'm a redhead. :) You did these all on the computer? Kudos on that man, I'm horrible when it comes to program art and such. Very nice.

Thanks! Yes, they were all done on a computer with photoshop.

How some of you guys can use Painter is beyond me, you can't even scale a selection. It does do a lot of really nice things though, like auto-smooth brushes and the interface is 100x better. Wish they'd merge!

beautiful work~ i wish i could draw girls like that. the first girl, her left elbow/arm seems odd, it has a dip, or a bend in it that looks unnatural, and her other arm seems as if the elbow bends much too early. the 2nd girl reminds me of the little mermaid. her head seems a little large though, neck is really wide for a petite girl like that. the last one is great, i love the contrast of the eyes. great skin tones on all of them!

Hey, good point about the girl's left arm. I didn't see that before! Yeah, you're the second person to mention the neck on the second girl and the second person to make a Disney reference =). I was kind of trying to make it look like she was receeding, but that didn't exactly come out right.

Mr. Smith and Yaseck, thanks. I made the first girl more saturated than I usually try to do my stuff just for the hell of it. Yaseck, I agree that the arm's probably too thick, but unfortunately if I shrank it, the neck would look even thicker. That could use some rework that I may or may not ever get to :D

If anyone's interested in knowing, these are all interpretations of the same girl I know in different moods. She only liked the second one.

Hehe, this is probably a silly thing to say, but that last one sort of looks like the animated Gollum (the one in the movie, duh). :D Something about the eyes...
