Well, this isn't horrid, but in addition to the various anatomy and clothing studies you could profit from, the composition is not terribly coherent. The elements don't really guide the eye around, but rather are scattered about haphazrdly. While the Dali-esque theme calls for odd elements, the placement can still be effected more along accepted artistic guidelines. For a more detailed crit, it would probably help to detail what you were trying to achieve, where you ran into problems and what you can't work out without help.

Oh, and smoking is bad for you. Your alter-ego, too.
