not an Ice demon in a literal sense....but it kept me busy.

I quite like doing landscapes...maybe I should do more.
I dont like the clouds, I really should study clouds.

thanks nishi.. great work there... keep posting!
LowPoly - Nice landscape.. very cold looking with the mist coming off of the mountains... Maybe you could throw a little demon walking thru the snow eh?

Hey Tek, I thought about it.....but I was thinking of the mountains being the demon.....yeah yeah i know....cop out.....I started off doing demons and so on, but the landscape kinda fell out of it...so I just went with it. I see you're testing painter out. me too, I just got painter 8 at work so now I can play a bit more, demo versions don't last long!
Keep up the good stuff Tek.
Matt
EDIT: You know whenever I look at your name, it comes out in my head as 'Tekyehanic' which it isn't....my apologies for shortening your name to 'Tek' !

Just a quick 15 minute one because no Ice Daemon topic can possibly be complete without a lady of the ice. Good work all.

Round half an hour in painter.
Don't know if anyone remembers me, but I posted here for a while this summer. Figured more practise would do me good, so I'm gonna try to get into it again.

I'm so tired. So I got a tad.. alright, a whole big wale tad sloppy. But I'm already used to that. =D Painter IX, I miss the ctrl+alt+shift shortkey to change the brush size in painter 8 so much. BUT.
I got this.

Somewhere among the melting ice caps a rift between our world and the negative plane of ice has opened, allowing many monstrosities classified as demons by the worlds religious leaders. A few souls - called brave by some, fools by others, take the trek to Antartica and are the only source of knowledge about these "demons." Here is a picture, sent via satellite phone, of one of the bigger invaders, just before the connection broke. This connection is still silent.
Painter, spent a lot of time trying to make brushes follow my direction and lost track of time

These are awesome. You guys have sooo much talent.
Goran, I've been looking forward to seeing a post of yours in all the DSGs I check, you rule.
Angelrebirth's wins it in this one.
I drew my own ice demon, but alas I have no scanner, nor do I have Painter 9 or a Wacom, but the holidays approach. I look forward to posting my images with yall's soon enough.
Keep up the awesome work, I'm seriously blown away by all of the DSG entries... I think I got down to 521 before I started to draw.
You guys rule.
Sorry for all the text and no picture... it saddens me, too.

hard to show ice without color... supposed to be like that bumpy bulbous ice you find below drips of water.
