Crits welcome. This is kind of an experiment. I was trying to see if I could encorporate photo textures into an image I previously scanned(which was partially colored using pen and colored pencil) and have it all work reasonably well. I like the result but I've been looking at this for a while so I'd love crits or thoughts on this. Also this isn't meant to be anatomically accurate, rather its meant to be somewhat awkward to make the doll more apparent but i'm not sure if this works or not, crits on that aspect would be welcome as well. Thanks in advance.

note: just so there's no question on it, the photo textures came from photos I took myself.

sorry to those who have seen this elsewhere, just trying to get as much input as I can.

Update notes: I upped the contrast a bit especially on the cloth, also added a bit more color saturation in some places. Hope this betters the pic.

Wow this is a great picture though there are certain things that caught my eye.
Is it on purpose that she has those broken and bloody fingers?
Also I think that certain parts look flat, like her dress could use some more color variations in the shadows and the highlights.

I also realy like the textures that this pic has. Good job !

the fingers are part of the awkwardness of her joints. I was playing around with one of those art store mannequin people use for pose reference sometimes and I found the joints to be really awkward to move and sometimes they're easier placed in unnatural/broken positions. I was trying to go for that sort of thing with the joints...awkward and unnatural.
