Drawing toon kids

Does anyone have, or know where I can find, a tutorial, or some tips, on drawing toon-like kids... i.e. tiny toons? I'm working on a project that requires it...

Just look, copy, try. No magic way! Each authors of toon as his style :D

Try to work on the proportion, with simplification and so on...obvious things :)
