hey all yous. I just recently got a tablet . well about 2 months ago. and well i got it for my Bday . its a small one wacom. but it works. anyways. i noticed
when i draw on it. my lines are way sloppy. hmm i heard it takes time to get use to it. dose anyone know how long it usualy would take some one to get use to this contraption :P. my lines on my drawing pad are really clean ^^
but for some reason on the table its just sooo hard .

If you work at it, you probably should get used to the tablet feeling in a couple of days. Did you try practising your basic strokes (just like when you first learn to draw?)

PS. Some people mentioned that they put paper on the tablet to get back the "papery" feeling. You can at least try that for a few minutes. Be warned that paper will wear out the stylus tip.

ya its become more comfortable to me . but i noticed when im drawing horizontal lines sometimes . i want to turn the whole tablet. :p and that throws me off. Im use to moving the paper when im drawing traditionaly :P

Make a grid of dots in Photoshop and practice drawing circles and lines, covering as much of the screen as you can with the grid.

Painter allows you to rotate the canvas, and work on it in any angle. Painter Classic as well (you may have that one packaged with your Wacom).
