...I'll try and get some imaginative stuff up soon. I promise...
oh yeah, this bottom pic...that lady really wasn't leaning on that guy like that. Just some stream of consciousness shit after getting bored with the dude. I just liked the way his pants fell on him.
Sorry some of this shit is so big. I just if this shit is str8 from the sketchbook then it should be raw, not cheesy and pretty...just how it was. So, no more...compiling pix from me I think...unless it's finished work.

Roll and Jca: Disney is just like any other corporation, Bullies.
You can choose to fuck with the big dogs and get your weight up...
or just sit in your own yard and lick your nuts...
that's the way I look at it.

Man, I'm just blown away by all of your art. It's all diverse and great colors, movement. Excellent rendering everywhere! Really love your 5 hour woskhop portrait and all of your figure drawings. Really awesome sketchbook, man!
Really, I can't find a single thing I don't like!
I'm going to subscribe to your thread, man, awesome work for real. I'll check back often!

i love to see people who can draw both realistic and stylized.
i keep telling people that life drawing helps with cartoon style drawing too. your sketchbook proves my point.

I like the kid drawings I think they have great potential but sanchez has never come off as a good kids name to me.
great work on the models no bad criticism here, just a question really..
I've never understood the triangle perspective, does any one have a tutorial on it?

Ian: Thanks, man. I don't know if you wanna subscribe tho. I ain't a regular 'round here. But, on that diversity....I'm glad you appreciate, cuz sometimes it can work against you.
prehistoric: thanks for noticing, man. You know what's funny. I didn't get a particular job one time becuz my portfolio had nothing but cartoony stuff in it. The lead character designer was like: I think I have to retrain everybody in figure drawing. Really? I just laughed and worked some place else.
chris: I feel you on the sanchez name and shit. But, that ain't my call, nor or those my drawings anymore. But, on the triangle perspective...I think what you're talking about is informal subdivision. In this very bad example that I posted, it's a compositional technique to arrive at interesting rhythms in a picture. I'll post something later this week.
No updates lately cuz I've been sick...some crazy shit is in the air in Los Angeles right now. Prolly chemical warfare...who knows. Here's what I've been up to in workshops (oil, acrylic), class, and my inebriated lil' bwain (prismastick):
The second one....I don't wanna make excuses but, the model was moving like crazy. That leg was going crazy. all in all...she was fun to draw?

Encouragement is a good thing. Peace. Peace.
I'm trying to get a piece inna basketball magazine called, "Bounce". It's the equivalent to SLAM mag, except it's more focused on the Street Ball essence. The article was about how the "new skool" and their me first attitude and total disrespect of the "ol' skool" mottos of team, pass first, and wait your turn rookie.
So, here's what's been killing me for the past couple of weeks. I don't think it's done...still having major issues...I think.
And can anyone tell me if this shit is like hella dark on they're monitor, PLEASE.
iiight iight...

here's dat Flash animation I was talking about. This is a teaser. No sound. Still needs some cleanups. The employer said it was okay to "leak" this. The actual minute long joint should be dropping innabout 2 weeks.
