Hi lurker coming out to say hello--

Ok here's a question for anyone who can answer.

I was wondering how do you figure pricing on the projects you create. You know the routine I don't want to screw myself but then again I don't want to seem outrageous.

I may be talking to someone about doing a book cover and I was wondering. How everyone figured out pricing?

I usually work on a sliding scale of variable prices..but I was wondering if anyone had an idea of a good method to use.

Now I know this question comes up alot and I have checked the GAG and wanted some ohter input.
