Drew this guy for more of an excuse to play with color. I was in two minds whether I should carefully render him out fully or NOT.

I think your threads generally get way too few replies, I think your stuff is great. :)
You have a unique style that I like.
I don't really have any crits for this one.
Or - maybe draw his right "eyebrow muscle" as well, to even things out in the face, or tone down the left one instead, but....
Heck, I like it. :)

John P- That is a very sweet thing to say. Thank You. I am happy that you found enough appeal in my drawing to even post a reply. Your effort is greatly appreciated.
I do post my work so that I get some criticism. After all I'm learning everyday and hope to continue learning all the time. I find my process evolving all the time. (Like everybody else)
You have a nifty looking site. I especially liked the Flash intro to each lil section. And the technique you used to paint the Lynx, thats a very right way to go about it. Very beutifully rendered. Will look forward to seeing more on your site. I might have found the thumbnails to be a wee bit small. But thats only me.
I also Envy the fact that you have such a scenic view outside your balcony. It is Beautiful. Norway is definitely on my "to Go to" list.
Thanks once again John P :)

Yeah, I should have posted in your other threads as well - I liked the FISH and the no-name-guy - probably more than this one actually, but I guess this was a cumulative post. ;)
Yeah, Norway can be beautiful if you go to the right places, but you could see much the same things closer to you if you go to Alaska or something.
-Way to pimp my own country, huh? :D
But yeah - if you get the chance, you should come have a look. :)
Yeah, those thumbnails are probably a bit small. Especially if you have a large monitor.
I started making the site on a 17", but I now have a 19", so I see what you mean. I think I'll change that one of these days.
Thanks for your feedback. :)

Excellent use of color. I like the circular pattern thing in the background...draws the attention to the eyes of the guy. What's "Fay"? I'm just curious.
